Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 2 business days after you upload your photos. Orders are not processed on weekends or statutory holidays 

Shipping Rates & Estimates

• All orders with 6 or more magnets get free standard shipping. If you order less than 6 magnets, our shipping rates and delivery timelines are:
  • Standard shipping (3-9 business days): $9 flat 
  • Express shipping (1-2 business days): $20 flat

International Shipping

• We currently ship to the U.S.
• Customs and duties are included. You won't pay anything extra when you receive your package. 

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Your order's covered from our studio to your door. If it's lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, we'll make it right. Just contact us at info@heliopixs.com within 14 calendar days of the last tracking update. 

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee policy. If you're unhappy with your order for whatever reason, get in touch with us at info@heliopixs.com and we'll make it right.
